About Andy · Founder of NUWA JADE

A closer look at jadeite, and the story behind every piece.

My name is Andy. Since 2020, jadeite has taken me from TikTok livestreams across Southeast Asia to a new chapter with customers in the United States.

01 / The beginning

A relationship
that began in 2020.

I first began working with jadeite in 2020. What started as curiosity became a daily practice: learning to read color, texture, translucency, structure and the small details that give one stone a character of its own.

Jadeite is not something I believe should be reduced to a single photograph or a few marketing words. It deserves time, close observation and an honest conversation.

02 / Live, transparent, personal

The livestream taught me to look closer.

For years, I hosted TikTok livestreams for customers across Southeast Asia—especially in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Live selling taught me that trust is built in the details. Customers can ask direct questions, see a piece from different angles and understand why one stone is different from another. Explaining those details clearly is part of my responsibility.

03 / A new chapter

From Southeast Asia to the United States.

Over the past two years, I noticed a growing interest from customers in Europe and the United States. Many were drawn to the mystery, symbolism and visual language of Chinese culture, and wanted a more personal way to discover jadeite.

In August 2026, I began building NUWA JADE for the U.S. market: a place where the beauty of jadeite can be introduced with context, patience and a human voice.

A stone can carry a story.

Our role is to help you see that story clearly—before you decide whether a piece belongs with you.

04 / From source to finished piece

Myanmar jadeite.
Chinese craftsmanship.

Our products begin with jadeite sourced from Myanmar. The material is then shaped and finished by experienced Chinese carvers whose knowledge comes from years of working with the stone.

Before a piece reaches our livestream or online collection, we examine it closely, explain what we can verify and provide its Chinese certification documentation.

05 / What I believe

Look closely.
Explain clearly.
Choose slowly.

My experience in livestream sales includes helping customers understand how jadeite is examined and how authenticity questions should be approached. I do not want you to buy because something sounds mysterious. I want you to buy because you understand what you are seeing.

Every piece we offer is accompanied by Chinese certification documentation. If you have questions about a document, the material or what can be verified, please contact us before purchasing.

A note from Andy

Jadeite is a conversation between nature, craft and time.

If you are discovering jadeite for the first time, you do not need to know every term before you begin. You only need curiosity, patience and a willingness to look closely.
